Terms and Conditions
AECC Global Pty Ltd ("AECC Philippines" or “We”) offer brand supporters (“Referrer” or “You”) the opportunity to participate in its “Student Referral Program” (the “SRP”). We reserve the right to amend or terminate the SRP at any time, for any reason. The SRP is administered by AECC Philippines and monitored by the Business Development Officer (“BDO”).
Referrers are bound by these Terms and Conditions by participating in the SRP. Referrers cannot refer themselves. Referrers must be an existing aecc student, aecc student’s parent/s, an aecc student current applying, and/or a former aecc student.
By participating in the SRP, Referrers agree to use the SRP in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions. Suppose you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to register as a Referrer or participate in the SRP. We reserve the right to modify the Terms and Conditions and/or the methods through which rewards are earned. We reserve the right to disqualify any Referrers from articipation in the SRP at any time at our sole
discretion, including without limitation if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise fails to comply with any applicable laws.
Making a Referral
Referrers must respect the spirit of the SRP by only referring real individuals who meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions.
For example, a Referrer may not create multiple or fake accounts with AECC Philippines or participate in the SRP using multiple or fake email addresses, mobile numbers or identities. In case of fake accounts/Referred Students are detected, the Referrer will be banned from making further referrals.
Qualified Referrals

General Terms
These terms constitute the entire agreement between Referrers and AECC Philippines concerning the Referrers' use of the SRP. The failure of AECC Philippines to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, AECC Philippines and Referrers nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the intentions reflected in the provision and that the other provisions of these terms shall remain in full force and effect. The section titles in these terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. A person who is not a party to these terms shall have no right to enforce or receive the benefit of any of these terms.

Qualified Referrals
A “Qualified Referral” means that the following conditions are met:
- The Referred Student meets the entry requirement, is successfully contacted by AECC Philippines and receives a confirmation from us.
- The Referred Student must complete the application through/with AECC Philippines.
- The Referred Student must attend on the commencement date of the school he/she is enrolled in.
- The Referred Student must not be related to any officer/employee of AECC Philippines
- The Referred Student must be a new contact for AECC (not be an existing contact in the AECC student database). An exemption to this can be made in cases wherein the referred student has been inactive for the past year.
- The Referred Student must use the link provided for registering.
- The Referred Student must be a Filipino based anywhere excluding the following countries where aecc has offices: Australia, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Nigeria, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Referring Agent Reward
- The Referrer will receive Php 4000 (after taxes) for every successfully commenced referee (this means that the referred student must be attending classes in their chosen institution). The referrer must provide a Philippine bank account, owned or nominated.
Reward Process
- The BDO will check for the successfully commenced Referred Students based on the AECC database at the end of every month. This will be counter-checked and approved by the Marketing Manager.
- Confirmation emails will be sent to the Referrer for every successful Referred Student. The email also contains the request for the nominated local bank account details.
- Online payment will be made through online banking in the name of the Referrer.
- Online payment to the Referrer’s local bank account or nominated local bank account will be administered on the 30th or 31st of the following month depending on the date of the commencement of the Referred Student.
Fraudulent and Suspicious Behaviour
- AECC Philippines may prohibit a Referrer from participating in the SRP or receiving the Php 4000 in AECC Philippines’s sole discretion if: AECC Philippines determines that such Referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity or legitimate operation of the SRP in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Referrers or any representatives of AECC Philippines.
- Use of automated systems, scripts, a.i’s, or macros to participate is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
- Referrers may not enter with multiple or fake emails addresses or accounts, use fictitious identities or use any system, bot, a.i., other devices or artifice to participate in the Program or receive a Reward.
- There cannot be multiple Referrers for one Referred Student. In case of multiple Referrers for a single Referred Student, the first to refer will receive Php 4000.
- AECC Philippines reserves the right to disqualify any Referrers and/or cancel any Reward(s) if AECC Philippines finds a Referrer to be tampering referrals.
